Climateframe Double Glazing is a family-owned and operated business specialising in the manufacture, supply, and installation of high-performance double glazing across Perth and Western Australia. With decades of experience, Climateframe is recognised as a market leader, known for exceptional product quality and highly skilled installation teams.

Overview:

Climateframe engaged us during a broader sales and marketing review, initially unsure of exactly what was needed. Through strategic conversations, it became clear that lead volume was not the challenge. Instead, the opportunity lay in clearly communicating the depth of experience, capability, and credibility behind the brand.

To support the launch of their new website, we identified a brand-led website video as the most effective solution – one that could tell the Climateframe story with clarity and confidence. In addition, we proposed a series of video testimonials to strengthen their existing bank of social proof.

With such a distinctive operation and purpose-built premises, our focus was on showcasing what truly sets Climateframe apart.

The concept centred around bringing the brand’s leadership to the forefront, featuring owner Tony on screen to authentically tell the story of the business. Filming highlighted the full customer journey: from the Perth-based manufacturing warehouse and open showroom, through to completed installations, reinforcing Climateframe’s commitment to local production, quality control, and hands-on expertise.

This approach allowed viewers to not only understand what Climateframe does, but to see how and where it all happens, building trust through transparency and storytelling.

Results:

The finished videos were met with an overwhelmingly positive response from the Climateframe team. They are now featured prominently across the company’s website and social platforms, strengthening brand presence and supporting their digital marketing with high-quality, authentic video content.
