Elven Property is a WA owned and operated family-run company who specialise in working on developments of every scale. Their team combines over three decades of industry experience with the best quality materials to deliver end-to-end commercial and residential property developments.
Overview:
The team at Elven approached us to create a series of monthly videos for their social media platforms. These videos featured a variety of content, from mid-construction project updates and key handovers for completed projects, to insightful interviews with industry experts.
Objective:
The goal was to produce engaging content to boost brand awareness and reach both potential and target customers online. We also aimed to provide a diverse mix of content, including both photos and videos, to effectively showcase their work.
Strategy:
Each month, we scheduled a shoot at a different property to ensure variety in the content. With most, we featured someone to be in the videos – whether it was contractors, members of the Elven team, or other industry professionals. This approach was key, as people connect with people, and having someone on camera helps build trust and increase engagement.
We then combined b-roll footage of each property with these interviews to create a set of videos for the month. Depending on where the videos were shared, we also adapted the format to suit the specific platform, optimising for maximum impact.
Results:
Elven have experienced exponential growth in social media engagement with a significant increase in views on their Instagram reels and a rise in both inquiries and comments on LinkedIn. We’ve also highlighted some of their outstanding work through project case studies featured on their website. Overall, the team is thrilled with the results and remains committed to creating even more content with us.
