Perth Coffee Exchange curate the most delicious coffee blends from 20+ local roasters all in one place for their customers to have the best possible coffee experience.
When we first began working with Perth Coffee Exchange, they were in the process of rebranding – new website, logo, and overall look.
We knew that this was an opportunity to generate buzz and attract new customers.
Additionally, Perth Coffee Exchange required a more consistent posting schedule instead of ad hoc updates.
Our key objectives were to educate Perth Coffee Exchange’s audience about the services offered and frame these as solutions for them, as well as inform them about the latest products, roasters, and purchasing options.
We aimed to create momentum leading up to the brand launch so that our audience would already be familiar with the brand and be ready to convert into customers.
To achieve these objectives, we employed a multi-faceted strategy that included utilising email marketing, video content, and social media. We produced video content such as FAQ’s, tips, customer and roaster stories, and updates to engage our audience.
We used Facebook and Instagram to showcase our products, how-to’s, updates, and tips, and LinkedIn to reach out to businesses and show them how our products could provide solutions for their companies and offices.
Additionally, we planned content visits each month for the “Roaster of the Month” to interview the business owners, cross-promote, and gather educational content.
Within just a month, we saw significant improvements in reach and interactions across all platforms. Instagram saw a 1,108% increase in content interactions, while LinkedIn and Facebook also experienced exponential growth. Their social platforms continued to grow, resulting in hundreds of website clicks each month, along with an increase in sales and brand awareness.
